FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a frame on which a gearbox with a drive mechanism is mounted, containing a drive sprocket of a chain drive and a knife installed on the vertical output shaft of the gearbox. Above the drive sprocket of the chain drive, the drive pulley of the cross flat belt drive is fixed. The driven sprocket of the chain drive is located by its plane of symmetry in the same horizontal plane with the driving sprocket and is fixed on the outer cylindrical surface made in the form of a hollow cylinder of the driven shaft, which is vertically installed in the frame with the possibility of rotation relative to it in the bearing bearings, to the outer cylindrical surface of which it is fixed at the bottom with its central a cage made in the form of a disc with a hole. A circular knife is attached to the lower surface of the outer part of the cage by means of bolted connections. The outer cutting edge of the knife is located in a circle centered on the axis of symmetry and rotation of the hollow driven shaft. Vertically flexible elements are fixed to the inner cylindrical surface of the circular knife in the radial direction on the lower surface. The driven pulley of the cross flat-belt transmission is fixed on the vertical driven inner shaft, which is installed on the frame in bearing supports and passes through the center of the hollow cylinder of the driven shaft. The axes of symmetry and rotation of the hollow cylinder of the driven shaft and the vertical driven inner shaft coincide. To the end of the lower end of the vertical driven inner shaft symmetrically to its axis of symmetry and rotation is fixed horizontally located at a distance of 2-3 mm under a disk-shaped cage with a thickness of 3-4 mm, the outer edge in the form of a circle which is at a distance of 3-5 mm from flexible elements fixed vertically on a disk-shaped cage. Close to the outer cylindrical surface in the radial direction on the lower surface of the lower disc, vertically flexible elements are fixed, the length of which is 25-40% longer than the length of the flexible elements fixed vertically on a cage made in the form of a disc. The number of radial installations of flexible elements located at the same angular distance from each other on each disc is from 8 to 12.
EFFECT: increase in productivity and quality of harvested products is ensured.
