FIELD: analytical chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry; it can be used in the oil and gas industry. Quantitative analysis of a composition of nine indicators for geophysical studies, consisting of sodium fluorescein, rhodamine C, thiourea, carbamide, ammonium rhodanide, sodium nitrate, isopropanol, propanol and tert-butanol in reservoir water in their combined presence, includes separation of a test sample of reservoir water from oil, clarification by filtration through a hydrophilic membrane filter, separation of indicators, passage of the sample through hydrophobized silica gel with grafted octal groups C8, separation of eluate into portions, addition of appropriate reagents for the analysis of ion indicators, and measurement at wavelengths characteristic for each indicator, quantitative determination of sodium fluorescein and rhodamine C by a luminescent method is carried out by desorption from the sorbent with a mixture of methanol and water in a volume ratio of 80:20, while petroleum products are not sorbed, borate buffer with pH = 9.18 is added, and measurements are carried out, aliphatic alcohols are determined by a gas chromatographic method by the vapor phase analysis with the addition of a salting agent, while, for the determination of nitrates, a reaction is used to reduce them to nitrites with a dry mixture, followed by the determination of nitrites by reaction with the Griss reagent.
EFFECT: development of a simple, highly sensitive and selective method for the quantitative determination of nine indicators.
