Mobile calibration device containing a standard measuring element and strain gauges installed on the frame with support wheels or in a vehicle, wherein the plant comprises at least two reference dummy with different or identical nominal capacity, the frame is made in the form of a frame-tank in volume equal to double total volume of capacity of meters, equipped with level measuring tube, drain and overflow pipelines.
EFFECT: provision of standard accuracy of measurement and reduction of labor costs during verification.
