FIELD: oil refining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices designed to control and verify devices for loading oil products. The unit is equipped with a metal exemplary measuring device, a measuring and software complex, which includes a measuring unit with software and a control and measuring system, the measuring unit contains electronic thermometers, strain gauges, a weight controller, a personal computer with software for collecting and processing information from all elements of the measuring block and the block for registration of verification results. The control and measuring system includes a mass flow meter and an oil product density meter connected to a measuring controller for collecting the operation parameters of the mass flow meter and density meter and transmitting information to the unit actuator control unit.
EFFECT: expansion of functionality by automating the calibration, adjustment and verification of the systems being tested, which leads to an increase in accuracy and a reduction in the time for verification work.
