FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of wireless communication. According to the communication method, resource indication information is obtained, and resource indication information is used to indicate frequency domain resources in the control resource set, resource indication information contains S bits, where S is a positive integer, and the most significant bit (MSB) of S bits is used to indicate whether a set of resource blocks belongs to the frequency domain resources in the control resource set. The number of resource blocks included in the set of resource blocks is equal to m consecutive resource blocks, and the set of resource blocks contains m resource blocks adjacent to the specified group of n consecutive resource blocks, starting from the initial resource block within the bandwidth part (BWP), where n < m. The frequency domain resources are determined as part of a set of management resources based on resource indication information.
EFFECT: effectively allocating or changing the allocation of resources of the uplink or downlink for the terminal device, thereby increasing the efficiency of communication in the network system.
