SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular, to controlled apparatuses for movement on ice and snow surfaces. The apparatus comprises a frame, steering control, foot brake, means of moving on ice and snow surfaces. The frame is structurally designed in the form of a saddle apparatus with consoles, whereon the steering control and the means of moving and braking are installed. The means of moving and braking are made with two profiles and a towing apparatus. The base is configured to rotate relative to the frame. The foot brake is made in the form of two spring-loaded pins secured on the bottom of the frame. The brake is configured to interact with the movement surface using the foot of the user. The brake is configured to be used as a parking brake during parking. The base and axis of the frame can be locked by connecting the threaded pin secured on the base with the axle of the frame.

EFFECT: efficiency of the apparatus is increased.
