FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to devices for movement along ice, snow and water surface. Device comprises a frame, a steering control, a device movement drive made in the form of a propulsor, speed reduction facilities and a brake. Frame is structurally arranged in the form of a seat device equipped with a seat belt and sound signaling and cantilevers. Base is made with possibility of rotation relative to frame, by means of blades fixed on side ends of base. Means of movement along the above surfaces, installed on steering control, are made as replaceable profiles in the form of skating or floating crafts made with possibility of braking. Base made with possibility of rotation is made in the form of tubing of toroidal structure filled with air mixture. Bottom side in contact with the surface during movement is made in the form of coating from plastic with low friction coefficient of sliding on snow, ice and water. Base and floating crafts are equipped with nipple and indicator system.

EFFECT: higher cross-country capacity of device.
