SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to controlled devices. The device is made in the form of a cheesecake for movement on ice, snow, water and earth surfaces. The device contains a frame, a steering device, a foot brake, vehicles. The frame is structurally designed in the form of a saddle device and is installed on the base in the form of a tubing. The base is rotatable relative to the frame. The vehicles are made in the form of a brand, the racks of which are adjustable in height and fixed on the aforementioned consoles. The base and the axis of the frame can be locked by connecting the threaded pin fixed on the base with the axis of the frame. Movement on a cheesecake on an earthen surface is carried out by means of a device in the form of a trolley on wheels containing a platform. The platform is fixed on the bottom of the tubing, made with the possibility of undocking from the bottom of the tubing. The bottom contains three wheels. The wheel is hinged on the racks.
EFFECT: increase in reliability is achieved.
