SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at oil treatment plants in oil fields for the preparation for processing of gas, water and oil emulsion coming from wells. The method for preliminary discharge of produced water includes the transportation of a gas water and oil mixture through a pipeline into a branch pipe (3) for the introduction of a gas, water and oil mixture of a pipe divider (1) of phases with the separation of oil and gas from water. The maintenance of a certain position of the oil-water phase interface in the pipe phase divider (1) and the subsequent discharge of separated water from the bottom of the pipe phase divider through the water outlet (4) and the removal of oil and gas from the pipe phase divider are provided. Previously, the pipe phase divider (1) is placed buried in the ground to a depth of 1.7-1.8 m and installed at an angle of 3-6 ° to the horizon. The gas, water and oil mixture is introduced from the lower part of the pipe phase divider. The removal of oil together with gas is carried out from the upper part of the pipe phase divider. The branch pipes (3) and (4) of the gas, water and oil mixture inlet and water intake in the upper part are equipped with manifolds (6) and (7). The manifolds (6) and (7) are made in the form of disc-shaped cylinders, muffled from below and equipped with a number of perforated holes placed along the vertical cylindrical surface of the manifold. A dividing transverse partition (2) is installed to the upper part of the pipe divider (1) of the phases, covering 2/3 of its passage section with the possibility of water movement. The pipe phase divider is opened.

EFFECT: accelerating the natural decay of gas, water and oil emulsions.
