FIELD: oil extractive industry.
SUBSTANCE: method is based on preliminary vacuum treatment of flow of well product, during which multiple micro-explosions destroy armoring covers, instant reduction of emulsion phases occurs, limiting layers are not formed. Method is performed in common and three-phase separators, among which are those with preliminary phases separation and letting through of components through individual nozzles. Vacuum treatment is performed not for all emulsion, but for its most stable portion. Longitudinal magnetic field is used, and washing of vacuum-treated emulsion by layer water and fresh water. Slanting surface is used for intensifying phases separation. End separation is performed in three-phase separators, which includes addition of vacuum treated in a nozzle gas condensate.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
