The optical code comparator contains the first group of N N-output optical splitters, the second group of N N-output optical splitters, 2*N*N-input optical combiner, voltage source, N*N optical logical elements exclusive "OR". The inputs of the first code are the inputs of the first group of N-output optical splitters, the inputs of the second code are the inputs of the second group of N-output optical splitters. The j-th output of the i-th N-output optical splitter of the first group is optically connected to the input of the first photodiode of the ij-th optical logic element exclusive "OR", the i-th output of the j-th N-output optical splitter of the second group is optically coupled to the input of the second photodiode of the ij-th optical logic element exclusive "OR". Power inputs of optical logical elements exclusive "OR" are connected to the output of the voltage source, and outputs of optical logical elements exclusive "OR" are connected to the corresponding inputs of 2*N*N-input optical combiner, the output of which is the output of the device.

EFFECT: device provides a comparison of codes of both coherent and incoherent optical code signals with increased speed.
