SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer technology, to optical information processing devices. The optical multiplier contains N M-output optical splitters, M N-output optical splitters, M*N optical logic elements "AND", M*N-input optical combiner, voltage source. The inputs of the first multiplier are the inputs of N M-output optical splitters, the inputs of the second multiplier are the inputs of M N-output optical splitters. The j-th output of the i-th M-output optical splitter (i=1, 2, …, N, j=1, 2, …, M) is optically connected to the input of the photodiode of the ij-th optical logic element "AND", with which the i-th output of the j-th N-output optical splitter is also optically coupled. The power inputs of the optical logic elements "AND" are connected to the output of the voltage source, and the outputs of the optical logic elements "AND" are connected to the corresponding inputs of the M*N-input optical combiner, the output of which is the output of the device.

EFFECT: claimed device is aimed at solving the problem of multiplying coherent and incoherent optical code signals with a speed potentially possible for optical processor circuits, and the problem of simplifying the device.
