SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry, namely to the oil and gas industry, and can be primarily used in the field of hydrocarbon deposits development. Peculiar feature of packer is availability of unit for both hydraulic and mechanical activation of packer. Reservoir pressure maintenance packer contains retrievable and non-extractable parts. Non-extractable part includes an anchor module, a hydromechanical packer module, a valve module and a lower sealing sub. Anchor module consists of shaped housing with cone and longitudinal slots, thrust pipe thread at the ends, pusher, shear screws and piston with fixed anchor rim with toothed elements. Hydromechanical packer module consists of a shaped body with a buttress pipe thread, a polished funnel, a hydraulic pusher and a collar assembly. Valve module consists of a pair of spring-loaded valves, an activation soluble seat and a valve protection assembly consisting of rubber cuffs. Retrievable part includes discharge branch pipe connected with sealing sub, discharge branch pipe consists of subs, branch pipes, unit for hydraulic and mechanical activation of packer, sealing unit, floating emergency disconnection unit, hydraulic disconnection unit and piston.

EFFECT: increased service life of items, including during operation in corrosive mediums, absence of accident rate in case of failure, elimination of necessity to kill well prior to failure and lifting of tubing string.
