FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural engineering, in particular to stationary installations for threshing grain material collected by harvesting equipment by the stripping method. The thresher contains a loading chamber with a heap feed regulator, an incline chamber with an inclined scraper conveyor and a lattice bottom, a threshing drum with a concave, a channel for chaff removal, a sieve for grain cleaning and a fan. The inclined chamber is oriented downward along the course of the heap at an angle close to the angle of friction of the heap on the lattice bottom. The lattice bottom, made replaceable, is perforated along its entire length with slotted holes located on the short sides along the heap. In this case, the opposite edges of the holes are bent by half the grain width downward relative to the bottom plane, and the holes themselves have the minimum possible width, determined by the expression S=1.62b+4.19V+1.17bV+5,80, where S is the width, short side of the hole, mm; b - grain width, mm; V - conveyor speed, m/s.
EFFECT: thresher improves the processing quality of the combed grain heap.
