SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery industry. The feed elevator of grain combine harvester comprises a scraper slatted apron 2, a grating bottom 3 and a device for removal of the selected grain. The holes 6 of the grating bottom 3 are oriented with their large size at an acute angle relative to the direction of movement 7 of the scrapers 8 of the apron 2. The upper edge 9 of each hole 6 is located below the bottom surface 3. The extension of each hole 6 is a recess 10 in the bottom 3 with a variable section of a curved shape. The depth of the recess 10 decreases from the maximum value to zero with distance from the upper edge 9 of the hole 6.

EFFECT: feed elevator has increased separating capability and assured elimination of clogging the holes 6 of the grating bottom 3.
