FIELD: glassware.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of decorative and artistic glassware. When implementing the method, a decorative or artistic aerating volumetric element (4) is manufactured and non-detachably fixed in a circular support socket (1) in the centre of the bottom (5) of the cavity of the bowl (2) of a glass vessel (3). A silicone impression is made from the inner surface of the bowl of the vessel, outlined, a drawing or a computer 3D model of the inner surface of the bowl (2) is made, a hole with a conical counterbore is drilled in the centre of the bottom (5) of the bowl (2), the central glass pin formed as a result of drilling is broken off and removed. The bowl of the vessel is washed, dried, and de-oiled, the support socket is outlined, and, adjusting the shape and dimensions, a drawing or a computer 3D model thereof is created. The support base is then designed so as to form a combination of a socket insert and a stand. A single drawing or 3D model of the inner surface of the future matrix with the shape of the bowl with a support socket and a cavity for forming a stand is created, a solid-state matrix of the bowl of the vessel is manufactured. A first, smaller part of the raw porcelain mass is placed at the bottom of the cavity of the matrix and kneaded, densely filling the matrix socket therewith in order to form a socket insert therein. A second, larger part of the raw porcelain mass is secured on the workpiece of the base and a workpiece of a volumetric element or a lower fragment is formed. After the porcelain mass is dried and partially shrunken, the workpiece of the element is removed from the matrix, bisque firing is executed in the furnace, followed by painting and further glaze firing. A binding free-flowing composite composition (19) is introduced into the socket to the depth of half of the volume thereof; the finished decorative or artistic aerating element is inserted with the socket insert into the socket of the bowl of the vessel and irradiated with an ultraviolet light source.
EFFECT: secure and hygienically suitable non-detachable connection of glass and porcelain components is implemented, improving the consumer qualities.
