SUBSTANCE: access point (AP) receives from a station (hereinafter – STA) a control message to adapt a communication line, containing the first field for a recommended resource unit (hereinafter – RU) in the station (STA), the second field for a recommended modulation-coding scheme (MCS) in STA, and the third field that relates to a RU size for an uplink multi-user (hereinafter – UL MU) communication in STA, and transmits an initiating frame to initiate UL MU communication in STA, wherein the RU size of the uplink distributed by the initiating frame is determined based on the third field and set as equal or less than a size of the recommended RU for UL MU communication.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the uplink transmission.
