FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. The invention includes: use for bioconversion of fallen leaves of balsam poplar (as an independent substrate); protein feed product for farm animals. The method is carried out by crushing the fallen leaves of poplar, then sterilizing them in an autoclave under a pressure of 1,01⋅105 Pa for 30 minutes and the subsequent biological effect on the plant raw material of inoculums of the fungi Pleurotus pulmonarius (Fr.) PP-3.2 and Fomitopsis pinicola (Sw) P Karst K6-15 for 15 days at a temperature of + 25°С. Protein feed product based on Fomitopsis pinicola (Sw) P. Karst K6-15 and Pleurotus pulmonarius (Fr.) PP-3.2 contains from 18 to 28% protein.
EFFECT: method allows to accelerate the bioconversion process and increase the nutritional value of plant biomass.
