SUBSTANCE: claimed is a method for coupling holes in process tools in a system of underwater column heads of a petroleum and gas borehole and a tool for removing cement in systems of underwater column heads of a petroleum and gas borehole used in the method. The tool is made disassemblable, in the form of a castellated drill, outlet holes made in the core and the body. The outlet holes in at least two contacting parts exit into annular grooves. In order to ensure operation, liquid or gas under pressure is supplied to the tool, the liquid or gas is supplied through the holes in the contacting parts. An annular groove is made at the coupling sites of at least two holes on at least one of the contacting parts. The washing liquid supplied under pressure enters the holes in the core directed radially.
EFFECT: facilitated designing of the sites of coupling of holes on various parts included in the tool, created possibility of increasing/reducing the volume of supply of the washing liquid to the processing area, facilitated repair of the tool.
