FIELD: firearms.
SUBSTANCE: design of the bolt of a firearm, in which the bolt covers the barrel, that in the bolt with the striker located in the central hole, the striker in the form of a rod is located in the channel made in the part that closes the barrel and in the part of the bolt that covers the barrel. The impact from the striker to the striker is made through the transmission mechanism. A method for manufacturing a shutter is proposed, in which a long rod with longitudinal channels is rolled, then cut into blanks for shutters and a plug is installed in the channel designed to cover the barrel, and it is fixed. The plug is designed to grip the cartridge, chamber it and lock the barrel together with the bolt.
EFFECT: eduction of the length of the bolt locking part of the barrel, simplification of the shutter manufacturing technology.
