HOT WATER HEATING SYSTEM WITH HYDROMECHANICAL DRIVE OF THE HEAT PUMP Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC F24D17/02 F24D3/18

Abstract RU 2763637 C1

FIELD: heat power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat power engineering and can be used in the circuit design of an individual heating station for organizing hot water heating in it. The hot water heating system with a hydromechanical drive of the heat pump includes supply and return pipelines, two single-section membrane pumps, consisting of pumping and working chambers, two hot water heat exchangers, shock valves, check valves and safety valves. The system additionally contains a valve, a bellows regulator, a return heat carrier pipeline, an evaporator, a condenser, a heat pump circuit, a water supply system, a consumer, spiral parts, stops, springs, a valve, a control valve, a recirculation pipeline, an inlet valve, a hydraulic accumulator. The second heat exchanger for hot water supply on one side is connected to the supply pipeline through a valve, the opening and closing of which is controlled by a bellows regulator and a return pipeline through a safety valve, a return heat carrier pipeline, the first heat exchanger for hot water supply, the evaporator of the heat pump circuit. And on the other hand, the second hot water heat exchanger is connected to the water supply through the bellows regulator, the condenser of the heat pump circuit, the first hot water heat exchanger, and by the consumer through the safety valve, parallel connected shock valves. The single-section diaphragm pumps are connected to the corresponding shock valves and are fixed with stops in which the scroll parts are installed. And the springs are installed in the discharge chambers, respectively. A heat pump circuit with a valve, which includes a condenser and an evaporator between which a control valve is installed on one side, and on the other side the pump chambers of diaphragm pumps are connected in parallel between the check valves. A recirculation pipeline is connected in parallel to the water supply. An inlet valve is installed on the return coolant pipeline, and the consumer has a hydraulic accumulator.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide heating of the heated medium with a decrease in the temperature of the heating medium to 20%, and in the usual mode to 20% reduces the consumption of the heating medium due to the transformation of the heat of the waste heat carrier.
