SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. The method for increasing the number of Bacillus subtilis involves the preparation of a nutrient medium containing enzymatic peptone, yeast extract, sodium chloride, ammonium sulfate, methylene blue and distilled water in specified quantities, and the introduction of Bacillus subtilis bacteria and cultivation at a temperature of 37°C for 24 hours under the influence of green radiation of 510-550 nm.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the number of Bacillus subtilis bacteria.
