SUBSTANCE: group of inventions related to biotechnology and feed production in agriculture is proposed. Proposed: combined probiotic preparation for use in animal husbandry (options), method of obtaining for each of the drug options, Bacillus subtilis (natto) VKM B-3057D strain, used as an additive in the composition of one of the variants of the drug. Proposed probiotic preparation (options) contains a mixture of biomass of Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis strains in spore form, target additives and filler – whey powder in certain quantities, in addition, contains additives. In one embodiment, the drug contains Bacillus subtilis (natto) VKM B-3057D cells and calcium gluconate in certain proportions, in the other – the enzyme preparation “Kemzyme Plus” in a certain amount. Methods for obtaining drug variants include the separate cultivation of these strains, the concentration of culture liquids, the drying of concentrates and the introduction of the above additives in a dry concentrate until viable bacteria are present in the final preparation of at least 5x10⁹.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides the preparation, which increases the effectiveness of the prevention and treatment of animals, antimicrobial protection of their body while increasing feed conversion.
