SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology and can be used for cultivation of Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-12079 bacteria. Nutrient medium for cultivation of Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-12079 bacteria contains fermentative peptone, yeast extract, sodium chloride, grinded peas pre-treated with autoclave, calcium carbonate, potassium phosphate and distilled water at the specified components ratio.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the yield of biomass of Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-12079 bacteria.
