SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and relates to a method for treating inflammatory periodontal diseases in women in the menopausal and postmenopausal periods, according to which professional hygienic treatment of the oral cavity is performed, then curettage of periodontal pockets is performed, after which a course effect on the periodontal tissues with a drug containing ketoprofen is performed and a drug conductor, where during the course effect on the periodontal tissues, an aqueous solution of ketoprofen lysine salt is used as a drug, and titanium glycerosolvate of the Tizol aquacomplex (hereinafter referred to as Tizol) is used as a conductor of the drug, at the same time, to perform a course exposure session, the initial aqueous solution of ketoprofen lysine salt is dissolved in boiled water, then the patient rinses the oral cavity with the prepared solution, while the volume of the prepared solution is used completely, after which Tizol is applied to the surface of the mucous membrane of the gums surrounding the teeth, drugs are left in the mouth, wherein after curettage of periodontal pockets, the course effect on the periodontal tissues with the drug is performed in a clinic, and on the following days, the course effect on the periodontal tissues with the drug is performed by the patient at home, in addition, the concentration level of 25(OH)D in the patient's blood serum (25(OH)D is 25-hydroxyvitamin D (calcidiol)), according to which the patient is injected daily with vitamin D3 (colecalciferol) at a dose not exceeding 4000 IU/day for persons without vitamin D deficiency and not more than 10,000 IU/day for individuals with vitamin D deficiency.
EFFECT: invention reduces the likelihood of an adverse effect of ketoprofen on the metabolism of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and vitamin D when ketoprofen is used as an active component of a therapeutic agent; the possibility of combining the treatment of mild and moderate periodontitis at the final stage of treatment with the prevention of vitamin D hypovitaminosis.
