FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: remedy for stopping bleeding of various severity is disclosed, which is granules with a size from 0.2 to 3 mm of porous material, wherein granule material is obtained by hydrothermal synthesis and is characterized by the formula CaO*(SiO2)n*(CaCl2)m*(MCO3)k*(H2O)p, where M is Ca and/or Mg, n=1.0-2.5; m=0.05-0.2; k=0.05-0.5; p=0.2-2.0, and calcium chloride is up to 15% by weight.
EFFECT: invention provides for an increase in sorption capacity with simultaneous saving of low exothermal effect, when interacting with the blood.
