SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a haemostatic product comprising a bellows dispenser with a nozzle, in which are packaged resorbable polysaccharide microporous granules with size of 125–250 mcm, including distarch phosphate and pregelatinised starch used as a binder, where the distarch phosphate is obtained by a reaction of esterification of starch with a tripolyphosphate with a given degree of cross-linking and has a phosphorus content of 0.02 wt.%, the pregelatinised starch is 1–10 wt.%, and where granules are obtained by wet granulation with subsequent sublimation drying.
EFFECT: present invention provides creation of a hemostatic absorbable agent based on polysaccharides, providing hemorrhage arrest due to active absorption of liquid phase of blood in form of granules, suitable for use in systems for dispensing powder during surgical interventions (for example, a dispenser with a laparoscopic nozzle).
