FIELD: water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to installations for the treatment of industrial wastewater, in particular to installations for the extraction of copper from acidic recycled pickling solutions. The extraction unit contains ion exchange columns filled with sorbent, a reactor for preparing a desorption solution passed through ion exchange columns, devices for obtaining copper concentrate and pumps for pumping process media. The ion exchange columns are made with the possibility of filling them with a sorbent with bispicolylamine groups. As devices for obtaining copper concentrate, a copper hydroxide deposition reactor, a copper hydroxide filter and an electrolyzer are used, which are made with the possibility of obtaining three copper concentrates from a copper-saturated desorption solution that has passed ion exchange columns. The installation contains a bypass line, which is designed to supply a copper-saturated desorption solution to the copper hydroxide deposition reactor or to the electrolyzer.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the degree of copper extraction, which makes it possible to obtain copper concentrates of several types without loss of copper with technological precipitation.
