SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to the oil industry and can be used in the development of hard-to-recover reservoirs. In the method of developing the Upper Jurassic deposits, a vertical well is placed in the upper part of local structures, a vertical well is perforated opposite the target formation, several production wells are placed with a horizontal section, the bottom of which is lower in structure than the perforation of a vertical well opposite the target formation, and the horizontal sections of production wells are equipped with ports for multi-stage hydraulic fracturing, air is injected through the perforation of a vertical well, and oil products are extracted from production wells. Prior to air injection through a vertical well, multi-stage hydraulic fracturing is performed through ports in horizontal sections of production wells. Production wells with a horizontal section are located around a vertical well at a distance of 900-2600 m. Horizontal sections of production wells are placed at an angle of 40-120° to each other in the horizontal plane. A gas sample is taken from oil-containing products produced from production wells and the content of markers of the oil displacement front in it is determined on a chromatograph under thermal gas exposure to nitrogen, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide and unsaturated hydrocarbons. Then, the content of markers of the oil displacement front during thermal gas exposure in the gas sample is compared with the content of these markers in the gas sample taken before the thermal gas exposure to determine the processes that occur at the oil displacement front during thermal gas exposure.

EFFECT: improvement of technical and economic indicators and extension of the operating period of production wells, increase in the final oil recovery factor of oil recovery factor, control of the position of the displacement front.
