FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for intensifying production of hard-to-recover hydrocarbons. Drilling of radial channels and action on the formation with agents are carried out in opposite direction from at least two vertical tightly cased wells with the help of hydraulic fracturing assemblies, equipped with a diverter, simultaneously lowered into these wells. Diverter is made in the form of a curvilinear internal channel of a hydraulic pulsator with an outlet through an under-packer port and a possibility of passing through itself a coiled tubing pipe, a hydraulic monitor, as well as an introduced over-hydraulic monitor inflatable packer activated by an electric pump. Packer of each hydraulic pulsator is located on sleeve, which is put on with seal on external smooth side of hydraulic fracturing assembly with possibility of its axial and circular movement relative to sleeve at activated position of these packers. When hydraulic fracturing assemblies are lowered into wells, packers of hydraulic pulsators are activated above formation roof, and the diverters are sequentially installed at the same level opposite each other through a certain interval and through them the formation is drilled by means of networks of radial channels with formation of a hydrodynamic connection between two wells. Radial channels from wells are drilled in pairs. In the pair, each radial channel from one well is drilled towards the corresponding radial channel of the other well. As the faces of the pair of radial channels approach each other, drilling is stopped, over-hydraulic monitor packers are activated, pressure testing of faces is carried out and due to induced fracturing of rocks, each drilled pair of radial channels is hydrodynamically connected. Pulsed injection of agents into the formation is carried out immediately through all radial channels formed by networks with the possibility of creating through main cracks between wells, through which formation is additionally affected with agents to create an artificial reservoir throughout the interwell volume of the formation. Turbine for shutting off bypass hole of hydraulic pulsator with flow breaker is made removable and into hydraulic fracturing assembly is lowered separately with fluid flow with possibility of landing in upper part of curvilinear internal channel of diverter opposite bypass hole. All works are carried out with one installation of packers of hydraulic pulsators in wells.
EFFECT: reduced effect of formation permeability on production of hard-to-recover hydrocarbons, increased intensity of action on the formation, its coverage with agents, accuracy of localization of main cracks, recovery of the formation with simplification, higher reliability and efficiency of the method.
