SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication technologies. To achieve the effect, one or more first reference signal (RS) resources from the second radio terminal are received by the first radio terminal to obtain one or more radio link qualities in accordance with one or more first RS resources. A link recovery request message is transmitted from the first radio terminal to the second radio terminal as part of a recovery request procedure when the number of beam failure cases in accordance with one or more radio link qualities is equal to or greater than the first threshold value. The link recovery request message includes the index of the first cell and the index of at least one RS resource from the second RS resource group, this at least one RS resource being determined in accordance with the identification of a new potentially suitable beam.
