SUBSTANCE: control section of the terminal is configured to use the received reference signal in the state of the transmission configuration indicator (TCI) for uplink spatial relationship and calculate the uplink path loss, when the first parameter of the upper layer for the standard beam for uplink is configured, the second parameter of the upper layer for uplink spatial relationship information is not configured, and the third upper layer parameter for the reference signal is not configured to account for path loss for uplink transmission.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the communication system due to the proper definition of parameters for uplink transmission.
