FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used in growing potatoes in open ground. The method involves foliar treatment of plants in the phases of the first 4 -5 leaves and budding-flowering using a preparation containing cresacin and hydrothermal nanosilica. For non-root treatment of plants at a fixed rate of preparation by weight of 20 g/ha and volume flow rate of aqueous working solutions of 300 l/ha, compositions with weight content of cresacin and hydrothermal nanosilica are used in the ranges of 5.0 -95.0% and 95.0 -5.0%, respectively.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase productivity and quality of potato tubers by chemical composition with increased environmental friendliness of potato for nutrition.
