FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to vegetable growing, and can be used in foliar treatment of cucumbers in open and protected ground conditions. Method includes foliar treatment of plants in phases of first 4–5 leaves and budding — flowering using a binary composition of a preparation containing cresacin and 1-ethoxysilatrane, at fixed consumption by weight of dry components of 15 g/ha and volumetric consumption of aqueous working solutions of preparation of 300 l/ha. Compositions with weight content of cresacin and 1-ethoxysilatrane are used in range of 5.0–95.0 % and 95.0–5.0 %, respectively, with respect to the total content of components.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to expand possibilities of application, to increase yield, quality of fruits and environmental friendliness of technology and raw materials based on cucumber and products for feeding based on vegetable raw materials of cucumbers.
