SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to methods for manufacturing a hot-stamped component with a coating made of an aluminium-silicon alloy and to a hot-stamped component. The methods include mechanical machining of thick-sheet steel with a coating made of an aluminium-silicon alloy to produce a workpiece with the profile required for the part, heat treatment, and hot stamping of the workpiece. The heat treatment of the workpiece is executed in two or three stages of heating and sustaining, wherein the temperature and time of heating and sustaining are within the required limits depending on the thickness of thick-sheet steel with a coating made of an aluminium-silicon alloy. The heating temperature is increased in stages.

EFFECT: adhesion of the coating made of an aluminium-silicon alloy to the roller of a heat treatment furnace is reduced, degree of globule formation in the roller of the heat treatment furnace is reduced, integrity of the coating of the hot-stamped component exhibiting corrosion resistance and operating characteristics during welding is achieved.
