FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to apparatuses for slicing raw frozen fish, in particular, to appliances for manual slicing of frozen fish, and can be used both at home and at catering facilities. The apparatus is A-shaped, made of wood, and includes two planes (1) connected by planes (2) and (3). The planes (2) and (3) are attached to the planes (1) with screws (4), wherein the plane (2) is attached to the front side of the apparatus for the head of the fish to stop, and the plane (3) is attached to the back side of the device to secured the apparatus on the edge of the table.
EFFECT: invention retains frozen fish in a vertical position for convenient slicing.
