FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: ground geodetic bench mark can be used to determine the vertical positioning of various buildings, structures and ground massifs and to control settling and deformation thereof during erection, operation, and reconstruction. The bench mark consists of a steel casing pipe, the length whereof exceeds the level of seasonal freezing of the soil by at least two times. The upper part of the casing pipe protrudes above the daytime surface of the soil. A metal core with an anchor tip in the form of a drilling screw is installed inside the casing pipe. The lower part of the metal core protrudes beyond the casing pipe by at least a quarter of the length of the latter. An end steel plate with a geodesic mark in the form of a steel hemisphere attached thereto is secured on the upper end of the metal core. The cavity between the casing pipe and the metal core is filled with expanded clay gravel from above. The casing pipe is equipped with a steel rotary cover with a loop. The casing pipe has a similar loop. The loops are used to install a padlock. The structure of the bench mark, due to the reliable anchoring, ensures a steady and stable position of the bench mark.
EFFECT: ensured constancy of the coordinates of the bench mark and increased accuracy of geodetic measurements.
