SUBSTANCE: capsule is designed for use in a beverage preparation machine comprising the means for perforating an inlet opening on the side of the capsule housing in the form of a relief plate, opposite the element of foil, and injecting the liquid or the liquid-gas mixture into the capsule. The capsule comprises a housing sealed hermetically and tightly attached to the flange-like rim of the housing with the element of foil, which under the pressure is equal to at least 4 bar, is perforated by the relief plate. The housing and the element of foil are formed from the first and the second walls which are foils of flexible material sealingly connected along the peripheral rim. Both foils have the same shape and dimensions and form a capsule symmetrical to the plane of the rim, and are also impervious to oxygen. Between the first foil and the ingredient the first porous element of the flow regulation is located, and the between the second foil and the ingredient a second porous element is located. The pore size in the porous element of the flow regulation is less than 10 microns. The elements of foil and the porous elements form the multilayer material, and the ingredient is a pressed briquette of roasted and ground coffee.

EFFECT: invention ensures the retention of the properties of regulation of the flow of non-porous layers.
