FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing a door leaf is gluing solid panels made of FDF (finely dispersed fraction), between which a metal frame is placed, which is a lattice, along the outer perimeter of which identical fragments of panels are located, the holes formed by the lattice of the frame are completely or partially filled with identical fragments of panels. On the inner sides of the panels located on the outer side of the door leaf, as well as on the fragments of the panels, glue is applied, the elements to be glued are placed between the press panels, which are fastened from the outside with clamps, after removing the press panels and clamps, the door leaves are formatted, a decorative coating is applied. In the manufacture of radius facades, pressing panels are used, which have a convex and concave shape, the metal frame has a radius shape.
EFFECT: improvement of method for manufacturing a door leaf.
