FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: electrotechnical steel sheet with oriented grain structure is made by rolling, wherein a groove is formed on the surface of the electrotechnical steel sheet with oriented grain structure with predetermined intervals in the direction of rolling, wherein the value of average disorientation of the grains in the area which is the square area formed inside the electrotechnical sheet steel with oriented grain structure from the bottom of the groove wherein the length of each side of the square area equals 50 mcm is 0.1° or more and 3.0° or less in the section orthogonal to the groove of the electrotechnical sheet steel with oriented grain structure.
EFFECT: possibility of a percentage of improvement in the losses in steel for a belt core.
