FIELD: automotive industry.

SUBSTANCE: substance of the invention lies in the fact that the weights are fixed on top of the traverse. The loading mechanism is installed on a pivot frame, the axis of which is fixed on the lower part of the stand base and coincides with the vertical axis of the tire loading. The pusher drive is made in the form of a hydraulic drive, which includes a first hydraulic cylinder with a piston and a rod, forming a piston and rod cavities, a second hydraulic cylinder with a piston and a rod, forming a piston and rod cavities, and a hydraulic pulsator with a piston and a rod, forming a piston and rod cavities. The first hydraulic cylinder is installed on the swing frame of the stand inside the caterpillar drive along the vertical axis of the tire loading, and its rod is connected to the roller conveyor. The second hydraulic cylinder is installed on the vertical part of the stand base, and its rod is coaxially connected to the hydraulic pulsator rod, the body of which is installed on the lower part of the stand base. The piston and rod cavities of the hydraulic pulsator are communicated with the pump and the hydraulic station tank through a servo-hydraulic distributor. The piston and rod cavities of the first hydraulic cylinder are connected, respectively, with the piston and rod cavities of the second hydraulic cylinder, the first hydraulic cylinder forms a pusher, on which the upper branch of the caterpillar belt rests through the roller table, which is fixed against displacement in the lateral direction by means of a side roller, the axis of which is parallel to the vertical loading axis tires. The first and second hydraulic cylinders have the same diameters of pistons and rods, the rod cavities of the first and second hydraulic cylinders are connected with a pneumohydraulic accumulator. The vertical guide of the pusher is made in the form of two guide axle boxes installed on both sides of the first hydraulic cylinder parallel to its axis and fixed on the swing frame. Inside the guide boxes there are guide rods, the upper ends of which are connected to the roller conveyor. The side roller is movably mounted in the axial direction on a rod fixed to the swing frame, and is made with flanges, into which the lateral part of the upper branch of the caterpillar belt enters.

EFFECT: possibility of carrying out bench tests of a single-support suspension unit together with a rolling wheel without and with lateral tire slip on a hard surface with a different profile of irregularities, including the random nature of their distribution, as well as facilitating installation and testing, including wheels of large diameter.
