FIELD: testing technology.
SUBSTANCE: loading mechanism is mounted on a swivel frame, the axis of which is fixed to the lower part of the base of the stand and coincides with the vertical axis of the tire loading. The pusher drive is made in the form of a hydraulic pulsator having a rod with a piston placed in a housing that is mounted vertically on the swivel frame of the stand to the side of the crawler and is connected to the pump and tank of the hydroelectric power station through a servo-hydraulic distributor. The pusher is equipped with two horizontal levers installed inside the caterpillar mover perpendicular to the track chain, one end of which is connected to the swivel frame through the axis, the other ends are connected to the hydraulic pulsator rod by means of two connecting rods located on both sides of the hydraulic pulsator body. in the middle part of the horizontal levers, an axis with a support roller interacting with the pusher and two tension shafts are mounted, covered from the outside together with the roller with an endless elastic cord tape. The pusher is made in the form of a guide axle box mounted on a swivel frame along the vertical axis of tire loading.
EFFECT: possibility of bench testing of a single-support suspension unit together with a rolling wheel, as well as facilitating the installation and testing, including large-diameter wheels.
