FIELD: testing technology.
SUBSTANCE: loading mechanism is mounted on a swivel frame, the axis of which is fixed to the lower part of the base of the stand and coincides with the vertical axis of the tire loading. The pusher drive is made in the form of a hydraulic drive, including the first hydraulic cylinder, the second hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic pulsator. The first hydraulic cylinder is mounted on the swivel frame of the stand inside the crawler along the vertical axis of the tire loading, and its rod is connected to the roller. The second hydraulic cylinder is mounted on the vertical part of the base of the stand, and its rod is coaxially connected to the rod of the hydraulic pulsator, the body of which is mounted on the lower part of the base of the stand. The piston and rod cavities of the hydraulic pulsator are connected to the pump and tank of the hydroelectric power station through a servo-hydraulic distributor. The piston and rod cavities of the first hydraulic cylinder are connected, respectively, with the piston and rod cavities of the second hydraulic cylinder. The first hydraulic cylinder forms a pusher, on which the upper branch of the track belt rests through the roller table.
EFFECT: bench testing of a single-support suspension unit together with a rolling wheel, as well as facilitating the installation and testing, including large-diameter wheels.
