SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular, to electromagnetic energy converters. The result is achieved by the fact that the electromagnetic energy converter comprises a conductive coil; the main magnet in the inner volume formed by the conductive coil, a retaining apparatus allowing the main magnet to rotate around the YY' axis between two positions of stable equilibrium; a first drive magnet and a second drive magnet, located opposite the first end and the second end, respectively, wherein the first and second drive magnets are positioned so as to shift simultaneously in the same direction parallel to the main XX' axis when a force is applied to the first or second magnet.
EFFECT: creation of a compact electromagnetic converter capable of supplying a significant voltage at the terminals of the coil.
