FIELD: protective systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for controlling unauthorized access to objects, in particular to a sealing device (tamper-evident seal) using a wire as a flexible mounting element, and is intended for sealing various objects equipped with locking nodes, for example metrological devices. The tamper-evident seal contains a housing consisting of two interconnected parts and a rotary insert located in the inner cavity of the housing. The rotary insert is made in the form of a rod (19) with a cotter (23) sequentially arranged on it from top to bottom, a conical disk (17) tapering towards the lower part of the rod (19), a locking plate (16), upper (28) and lower (29) locking disks, between which there is an annular cavity (13) made along the diameter of the rod (19), and at least one through hole (32) for passing wire perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the rod (19). In the cavity of the housing there is a latch for the cotter (23), locking petals (18) located on both parts of the housing and made with the possibility of interacting with the tapering surface of the cone disk (17), locking protrusions. There is a through hole in at least one part of the housing. In the lower part of the rod (19) of the rotary insert and in the lower part of the inner cavity of the housing there are elements (10) and (11) forming a ratchet mechanism that ensures rotation of the rotary insert in one direction. In the upper part, the rod (19) of the rotary insert is paired with a key (20) made with the possibility of breaking off. The interconnected parts of the body are made with the possibility of additional fixation by a pouring body with the formation of a monolithic shell. The rotary insert is fixed in the cavity of the housing in a position to ensure the alignment of the holes in the rod (19) of the rotary insert and the housing with the cotter (23) located in the retainer. The rotary insert is made with the possibility of detaching the cotter (23) from it when the rotary insert rotates and moves it to the lower part of the housing cavity, ensuring that the upper surface of the cone disk (17) stops in the locking petals (18) in this position, blocking the longitudinal movement of the rotary insert, ensuring that at least one end side of the locking plate (16) stops in the locking protrusion of the housing with blocking further rotation of the rotary insert, ensuring loss of alignment of the holes in the housing and the rotary insert, the upper blocking disk covers access to the hole (32) in the rotary insert through the hole in the housing. At least one side of the housing in the area of placement of the rotary insert is made transparent.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the tamper-evident seal, resistance to criminal influence, simplification of the process of proper installation of the seal on the object and acceleration of this installation is provided.
