FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to hardware and deals with rotor seal. The seal contains a case with a through channel for inlet and outlet of the elastic female element having passive and loose ends and set rotating in the hull motor with through opening for flexible female element, handle for rotor turning, plain label for marking and a tool for formation of clicking permanent connection of the case and the rotor. A tool for formation of permanent clicking connection of the case and the rotor is made as a string - loaded lock reacting at closing with a joggle made in the rotor. The case is equipped with a circular cylindrical fetch, depth whereof is equal to the diameter of the flexible female element. From the front butt - end rotor is equipped with coaxial element under the movable handle for its turning, from the other butt end rotor is equipped with a ring racket sector mating at closing with spring - loaded lock. Case of the back butt - end is equipped with a ledge with a rigidly fixed with it plain label for marking. There is a mounting spot for a disc with a spine rigidly fixed with the rotor enabling through screwing in the case. The seal is equipped with an index of locking.

EFFECT: elevated resistance to unauthorised opening.
