FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ironware. The proposed rotor seal incorporates a casing with through holes for rope to pass there in and out, a rotor arranged in the said casing to turn therein and furnished with a through rope hole, a handle to turn the said rotor, a tag for marking and a fastener designed to make a permanent joint between the aforesaid casing and rotor. In compliance with this invention, the aforesaid casing and rotor represent disks, while the permanent joint is made up of a locking spring arranged in the casing groove and interacting, on closing, with the mating groove made in the said rotor. Note here that the casing is furnished with a circular cylindrical cross-groove. The rope passive end is rigidly fastened in the casing. The rotor front face accommodates a pocket for detachable handle designed to turn rotor. The rotor other end face is furnished with the annular ratchet sector arranged nearby the mating groove to come into engagement with the aforesaid locking spring in closing. The casing rear end face accommodates a ledge for the tag to be rigidly fastened therein. The casing rear accommodates also a seat for a washer rigidly attached to the rotor and allowing an unobstructed turning through in the casing.
EFFECT: ease of use, higher efficiency of preventing unauthorised opening.
