SUBSTANCE: device for pre-sowing seed treatment includes a vehicle with a body filled with untreated seeds, a screw conveyor with a seed receiver, a container for liquid supplied to the screw conveyor, sprayers mounted on the screw conveyor. A hole is made in the side of the body, to which a flap is attached from its outer side, and an exhaust fan is installed on the inner side, adjacent with a suction window to the inner plane of the side and with an outlet pipe outside the body. Opposite the suction window of the fan, in the side, a hole is made concentrically with it, opposite which an air intake casing is installed. In its lower part, with the possibility of vertical movement, a rectangular elastic plate is installed, and in the lower part of the body, a sieve is pivotally and spring-loaded installed under the side, under which a vibrator is installed, and the unloading end of the sieve is located above the receiver of the screw conveyor.
