FIELD: shoe industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the shoe industry, in particular, personalized shoes, and can be used in the design of an individual shoe last that reflects the features of the geometric dimensions of the customer’s foot, the physical and mechanical properties of the package of materials of the upper blank, while the shoe will be characterized by increased accuracy of design parameters that ensure anatomically correct internal shape of shoes, and the invention is also applicable to create shoes of increased fit for an average typical foot. The method for creating a digital model of the shoe contributes to improving the comfort of the foot in the area of the sides and is characterized by a sequence of newly introduced operations and impacts: assembly of the shoe upper blank with a temporarily attached leather lining without a tightening edge; the leather lining after tightening and molding is replaced with a matrix with strain gauges; the foot is placed inside the shoe space, on the supports of the device with a laser digital 3D scanner; simulation of various phases of walking is performed; pressure and compression indicators taken from strain gauges are recorded, which are compared with acceptable values; using the above calculation method, the geometric characteristics of the corresponding zones of the last are changed directionally by deformation of the strain gauges; discrete size values are smoothed by MathCAD functions, forming a virtual digital model of the surface of the sides of the last; the received information is transmitted to the CNC milling unit and to the device for applying an additional surface layer in order to manufacture a real last that ensures the fit of the tightened upper blank to the sides of the foot with an acceptable pressure, which improves the fit of the shoe.
EFFECT: increase in the level of shoe fitness in the area of the sides of the shoe due to the point measurement of pressure and compression by the sides of the tightened workpiece of the top of the foot in the areas of their contact, changing the shape of the corresponding sections of the last and, accordingly, the tightened workpiece of the top with an acceptable value of the criterion index of the pressure of the tightened workpiece of the top of the shoe on the foot in the range of 0.02 MPa <p>0.06 MPa.
