FIELD: footwear industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a shoe last development device and can be used in the creation of shoes of various types, purposes, and kinds, especially in children’s shoes, where it is necessary to take into account the cartilaginous joints of the foot, women’s high heels, where there is not a natural position of the foot. The device uses a tightened billet of the top, in which, instead of a leather lining, a matrix with strain gauges distributed over the surface of the sides of the billet is attached. Strain gauges are connected to recording equipment that registers the force and deformation characteristics of the contacting areas of the foot and the tightened upper blank when simulating various phases of walking. When the pressure in the contacting elements of the foot-billet pair exceeds the permissible, there is an offset along the normal of the problem zone of the tightened billet top. The displacement value found by the calculation method is transferred to the last, where the material is built up in the corresponding area. Similarly, the areas where an increase in pressure in the contact zone is required are determined, which is achieved by cutting off the last material. The use of a matrix with strain gauges makes it possible to determine the pressure distribution along the sides of the shoe, automatically build a spatial load diagram, identify areas of extreme stress and give recommendations for improving reliability, especially for military, sports and industrial shoes. The use of a matrix with strain gauges in the invention makes it possible to operate with numerical criteria when conducting and analyzing measurements, significantly improve the accuracy of processing calculation and experimental results, and apply mathematical programming methods. Laser numerical 3D scanning, MathCAD programs embedded in the proposed device transform virtual, discrete, numerical intermediate forms of the last surfaces into their image by smooth functions, followed by a change in the pad surface.
EFFECT: invention provides increased fit of shoes quite universally.
